I get this message whenever I set out to play rated games. I can watch the games of other people, I can chat, I can buy from merchant and build my deck. Any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks.

So you hit Battle and get "can't connect to server" and that keeps happening every time you hit Battle and so you can never play?
Watching replays involves connecting to the server as well. Very weird. It may well be a router/firewall thing - maybe there's a more secure connection when you are actually taking part in the game. I'll have to investigate.

That's exactly what happens. However there is a little detail I missed giving out concerning replays. I CAN watch games which have been finished but I CAN'T watch live or ongoing matches whether I go to rated/unrated games.
Which platform? Have you tried other platforms? Have you tried connecting to the internet from other places? I think it's most likely to be a firewall thing since we connect in a different way during a live game than anywhere else within the app, for security and stability reasons. Do you have admin powers for your firewall to see if anything is being blocked? Look for IP address 45.79.134.20 on port 9933.

I use android to play. It's more convenient on the go. But I will try it on my windows tablet.
