Purchased a bag of crystals but it's not delivered.

I've purchased 200 shadow crystals(in the app) worth Indian rupee 107.12 using play store, where because of offer google paid my 60 rupees. I didn't receive the crystals, there is record of me making the purchase in play store (and of course in my bank account) but nothing of the sort is showing in the app. I've contacted the support using the developer contact(support@shadowera.com) , given in the play store, and got the reply that my request(31249) is received but no status update is being mailed. Could anyone tell me what to do next?
