Suggestion: Make new top-level Decks section here

I think it would be very helpful if there is a new top-level section called DECKS and then 10 sub-sections of that for Human Warrior Decks, Human Mage Decks, etc.

If enough people agree, I think Kyle can do this change fairly easily.

To be clear: I think the Strategy section should stay and be used for articles or tips, but not decks. Let's make it easier for new players to find decks to use and also easier for google to serve up useful results when people type "shadow era decks". :)

I think this would be a good idea to help newer players.

How is this different than the section that decks are already posted in?

i like the idea of peeling off the Deck section and setting it by itself, under its own heading
