PC launcher stuck on "Extracting file 1/211"

Hi!
First time poster here.
Earlier today I opened Shadow Era and everything was fine. A few hours later, I opened it again, it downloaded some more content and got stuck in "Extracting file 1/211", not moving at all, even after like an hour or so. I tried restarting and reinstaling, nothing helped.
Does anyone else have the same problem? Are there any solutions?

Update: it's resolved, tried it today and it extracted just fine. Not sure what was a problem.

I have the same problem, it stuck in 1% tried few times without result.
