When Cinderborn Fatebreaker is in play should Transference still be working? It seems like it shouldn't be but it doesn't stop the effect or kill CF.

How can it seem like it shouldn't? The ability text ("When an opposing player summons a targeted ability with cost 3 or less, that ability has no effect and Cinberborn Fatebreaker is killed.") clearly indicates that it requires a targeted ability to activate and Transference definitely is not.
Good question. It says it draws a card from target opposing players deck. This was worded like that with 2v2 mode in mind but since that havent been done yet it is probably coded to just draw card from the opponent and remove target part for faster gameplay.
Yeah, it probably should trigger from Transference. I guess since there has always to this point been only one valid target for Transference they didn't quite code it properly (I think this was also a problem a while ago with Amber's ability and targeting Lythian Sledgehammer), but I do believe it should trigger.
Transference should trigger it. Good spot. I can fix for 3.51. Here Be Monsters is similar and has just been fixed.

So also Reconnaissance and Radiant sunlight should trigger it? What about All hope is lost?
