AI drawing 1/2 cards for free in Normal at start of game

There seems to be a bug in normal mode when playing a campaign where the AI is drawing itself 1 or 2 cards for free right at the start of the game. This of course naturally gives the AI total advantage and is therefore cheating. (I have seen the AI give itself 9 resources worth of cards right from the bat which is pretty hefty!) It seems to depend on the hero. The bug repeats itself and it "draws" the same cards for what i have seen so far. It varies between giving itself either 2 allies, 2 support cards or just the one ally.

Can you look into this please? I have made screenshots which have been saved in a word document. If you wish me to email this to you give me a shout. (I can't attach it as it is a too big apparently).

The AI gets some advantages that break the rules to increase the difficulty. There are way to beat them though. Typically things like rain delay and yahari location are ways to counter their fast starts.
