Dwarven Aid - A new expansion?
Greetings All…
As some of you might know I've been creating a series of new BP member cards ( Link ) - and making these new BP member cards made me feel like "Hey, I wanna do more cards!"
So I've come up with a SE mini expansion named "Dwarven Aid" and I would like to share these cards with you. Feel free to comment on these and if Kyle want to use these cards I'm sure we can work things out! ( a life time of free SC would be in order;) )
The thoughts behind "Dwarven Aid"
As I was thinking about which cards to make the dwarven race came up quite often, along side demons, angels, trolls and even bards. But the dwarves wouldn't leave my mind, so I thought why not make an small expansion introducing a new race that could work along side with both CotC and DP.
The problem/challenge with dwarves is that they're not human nor shadow, they're dwarves! So I came up with the idea that the dwarves were divided among them selves and therefor they could be allied/supporters to either the human or the shadow fraction. In that way you could combine the "Dwarven Aid" expansion with the existing SE cards and play a human dwarf deck as well as a shadow dwarf deck!

The expansion
I've created 31 cards for this mini expansion. Those cards consists of:
2 heroes (1 human allied dwarf and 1 shadow allied dwarf)
5 allies
5 abilities
4 support abilities
3 artifacts
3 attachments
4 armors
4 weapons
1 Legendary ally

I wanted these cards to have a true dwarven feel, so I made them evolve around mountains, resources, weapons, armors, treasures, dislike of magic and craftmanship. I wanted the dwarves to be control-based and also allow them to show moments of temper! I truly hope this is obvious to see and if not then it's properly back to the drawing board.
But now I'll leave you to it! The next couple of posts lists the different categories of cards.
