Gwenneth and Friends

this is one of 2 Custom AI decks that kicks my butt once and awhile. so i turned it into a "deck" :) you can either put it in as a custom AI opponent or play it in QM :)

i try to build my AI decks to take into account certain... disparities... (like a warrior deck that wont cast BF or allies that dont attack allies, etc.). and every now and then, i get a good overall deck. so i thought i would share this one.

only a few people are playing Gwen (bad news for me since i like playing Ter Adun). she is still a great hero, dont know why people arent playing her. i guess a lot of players are jumping on the latest flavor of the week... next week, they will jump on that one. im kind of missing seeing Gwen around.

I like poison arrow very much for Gwen, just 3 retreats imo not ebough for side cards.

No item destruction? you hope to destroy everything with allies?, imo its pretty unreliable since you wont get board controll with allies after t5-6 in 70-80% cases i guesss.

You have x3 planning, x4 surprise, x4 forest and x3 santa for draw, most of them are easy to counter that will loose tempo for you, for gwen its almost death, or give too much advantage to your op, i personally use x4 to and its prettty enough for me, 2 santa can be helpfull only in the end with 7 res to draw bow and finish op.

yeah, its very high on draw... thats how you retake board... massively out draw your opponent. worked for warriors in 1.29. soul seeker, gwens ability and speedstrike plus retreat help. you can drop a few things and add more allies but dont drop too much draw... thats where she gets you in this deck.
