Would appreciate some help with my majiya deck

Hey guys,

Started playing SE like 5 days ago and have been playing with a majiya deck for most of this time.
I took the basis of the deck from the post that put together builds for 20$. I have been trying to improve it for my own playstyle ever since. this is what i have now:

1x majiya

4x infernal gargoyle
3x brutalis
4x plasma behemoth
3x death mage thaddeus
2x brutal minotaur (not so sure about this one)

4x fireball
4x freezing grip
4x lightning strike
4x tome of knowledge
3x portal
2x supernova
2x key line nexus

What could be good improvements for this deck? I was thinking dropping 1-2 tome of knowledge and maybe the brutal minotaur, but what do i replace them with. So far I'm 153rating only but have won most of my games.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I don't really have a good idea anymore because I've been playing the test server exclusively but I would:

-4 plasma behemoth
-4 freezing grip

+4 shadow knight
+2 shriek
+1 brutalis
+1 brutal minotaur.

afaik portal majiya aggression usually goes

t2 brut
t3 gargoyle
t4 portal
t5 shadow knight

or
t2 brut
t3 gargoyle
t4 tome + draw
t5 shadow knight
t6 portal + draw
t7 shadow knight + brut/draw
t8 bm + gargoyle

you can drop a tome but you don't have any other draw. If you want you can put in sac lamb or bad santa but usually with majiya you dont need such drastic draw options because you have ally control abilities and cards and a pseudo draw.

And btw its not the Brutal Minotaurs that you need to throw away but PB. 3 resources used for PB‘ ability could be better used to send a 3cc ally through a Portal. And Brutal Minotaurs are much more dangerous coming through a Portal btw

Raphs deck was for a slower meta, no 2cc allies. If you are playing qms, I suggest to copy painfulsmile's "portal to oblivion" deck. Dont have the link now, but its roughly this:

4 brutalis
4 garg
4 dmt
3 bad wolf
4 shadow knight
2 brutal minotaur

4 fireball
4 lightning strike
4 portal
2 lln or shriek
4 ToK

You can also add to your liking: supernova and sac lamb, depending on what you think youll need.

My deck has bruts on QM, I still don't think they are great, Esp when I don't get them by t2. When they are out on t2, they are super.

I wish I had IK. :)

I do like painful's deck a lot for QM, sometimes, I would do without the BM (or just 1 BM) and put in some sever ties instead to deal with amber or Gwen.

So far painfull's deck seems to be working very well, so ill be rolling with that for now.
