pick a card not working

hey so i just bought barabus special 3000shadow crystals and playmat and +3 pac all good just my pick a card bugged . and i made this purchase only because of pick a card offer.
so i have loged in and its shows that i have 13 pick a card 3i get now and 10 probably from past because i was placing top 10 in QM and now im returning player why i cant submit pls help? i have 13 pac so its worth 5 bucks each and thats a lot pls fix itAttachment 8067 im pressing verify and nothing happens. i have tried multiple browsers on my pc and phone.
