I have created a separate account to create this full f2p walkthrough series. Part 1 is now up. I am doing this with Lance but the lessons are the same regardless of which hero you go with!

Part 5 is when I finally start doing some Rated! Feels good!
Part 6 uploaded. Finished the Lance deck and built both Amber and Baduruu decks. That means I've built 3 tier 1 decks so far in this F2P series.
If I had to guess, I would estimate about 8 hours of playtime to get those 3 tier 1 decks built on a F2P account.
Good job
Wanted to let you know I appreciated this. I know it takes a fair bit of time to put this sort of thing together!
For myself, it was much more instructive once the ranked matches started. Your commentary was excellent during play. Was a bit hard as a new player (actually returning to the game after some years, but I basically know nothing) to follow all of your thoughts because I couldn't read the text of the cards in question. If you had shared a list of "important cards for Lance" in the description such that I could have looked up the cards on the wiki or in the game to read the full text, that might have been helpful. Lastly, I could have done with a bit of discussion about resource management (ie when to stop sacrificing). Watching you play you seemed to stop around 5, then build to 7 (for nathanias I guess) only as appropriate cards came along? But with no commentary on the thought process I wasn't able to come away with a solid understanding of that mechanic. Of course I'm sure much of that information is available here in the forums & elsewhere. So not a criticism, just sharing the thoughts I had as a basically new player working my way through the series!
Thanks again,
JR
Edit: guess I should have watched pt 6 first!
