I think about 95% of the Ambers I've played have used Aeon and no KP.
I had a build that didn't but most of the time rush is complete shit with Amber (even though rush + JD is really good in theory) so I ended up using Aeon and other fatties. Currently I do use both Aeon and KP and it works pretty decently.
thank!
Oh you are in TJ i want to join TJ so i reply to a guild thread but i dont get answer yet lol
I use both in my Amber deck, but usually for me, I don't throw down King's Pride unless it will really help me at the moment. A lot of times, I can do other things with those resources that will give a greater advantage over time.
If you want to speak to some people about joining guilds, you can go here:
http://shadowera.gondorian.com/gamechat/
It has the game on one half of the screen and a chatbox used by most guild players. Once you get there, talk to a person who has the appropiate guild tag before his name to ask for more info on joining. If you want to join TJx, basically the people who have a name starting with TJ|NameX
BTW if you want to read more Amber rain deck lists, you could also check here:

A whole subforum dedicated to warriors.
Thanks!
I use both. Haven't played Amber since the last rating reset, but I believe my list was 2 Aeon and one TKP. Aeon is great in that it serves as a win condition by himself, whereas TKP only works if you already have allies. However, TKP has more damage potential, and thus is good at finishing an opponent quickly or gunning down large enemy allies.
In short, TKP is best when you already have allies, and affects the board instantly. Aeon deals damage by himself and can also be played by himself, but lacks the immediate benefit.
Aeon is also exceptional with a Jasmine or, if you think you have the room in your deck for it, Earthen Protector.
