Victor v. Mettle of the Warrior

Mettle of the Warrior says your hero heals when playing various cards including Warrior items. For example, your hero gets a heal when playing Pithing Spear.

Victor's ability pulls back the top Hunter card in your graveyard but it does not pull back weapons.

This play is inconsistent. Either Victor's ability needs to also pull back weapons and armors or Mettle of the Warrior should not be healing when playing weapons and armors.

If you look at the wording of Mettle of the Warrior, it explicitly lists armor and weapons first and then goes on to talk about Warrior cards after that.

Victor is referring specifically to Hunter cards. To be a Hunter card it needs to say Hunter in the type line. The class icons on weapons and armor are deck building restrictions not a type.

So the cards are consistent. Not a bug.
