No support from Shadow Era recieved with issues sent via email?!
I have recently bought a bunch of physical cards and spent quite a bit of money as i live in australia and have to deal with the conversion to usd... Only to not recieve any products or support on the issue for 3 months now. I have sent numerous emails and site feedback to the shadow era support team and have not had any bit of help... I am quite concerned on the issue as its alot of money to spend to recieve no items nor help
Any information regarding the issue would be greatly appreciated
