Shadow Crystals and Gold

Hi,

Sorry, but I'm confused about Shadow Crystals and Gold. I have over 2,000 Shadow Crystals and about 1,000 in Gold right now.

I'd like to buy a bunch of individual cards but I don't have enough Gold (I've already purchased all of the pre-constructed decks). It looks like I can buy decks and boosters with Shadow Crystals but I can't buy individual cards with Crystals?

Yes, Crystals are for boosters and starter packs. If you want individual cards, your best bet is to buy Elemental starters and sell off the contents (it works out about 1800 gold per starter I believe). Then you should have more than enough for lots of cards :)

Thanks for the response Preybird! Are you suggesting the pre-constructed Shadow Elemental deck? If so, why that specific deck? Are those cards generally worth more when you sell them?

Yep, for the reason you highlighted. There are more cards in there that have above average resale than the other decks (Plasma Behemoth, Spark, Eternal Renewal)

I'd really like to get 2 Shadow Knights, 1 Nova, and 3 Death Mages. I guess I just have to keep buying Booster Packs since none of the pre-constructed decks contain them?

Sell off the contents of the starters and buy them individually. That's the whole point :)
