I think it'd be better to change it to +1hp even if you have allies in play.
As much as I hate the Darkclaw concept of 'omgslowgames', that's what seems to be there Werewolf theme.
The duration it stays on the table for due to destruction effects is not relevant to this, though.
Should just simply be an attached effect and not an item.
That's because the game has moved on. I know you want your allyless Darkclaw deck to come back, but it hopefully never will and never should. It's a boring, braindead, skill-less deck. When Wulven get a few more cards and Shadow get some better allies, you'll see how amazing Darkclaw will get without needing to play that deck.
With the card pool we have almost every deck is skill-less and braindead. It's not allyless Darkclaw I want, it's Moonstalker. I never played Darkclaw in 1.23 I was solely a Moonstalker player. I got to about 380 rating with him, too. But times have changed, and Moonstalker is inferior to Darkclaw in almost every way now.
I've tried a couple of builds centered around Lone Wolf and currently they don't work. My suggestions for the Wulven are:
1. Fix Full Moon bug - this card is currently bugged because after the card's effect resolves all your allies' attack power is reduced by 2
2. Reduce the cost of Pack Wolf from 3 to 2, giving Wulven better 2 drop options instead of just Brutalis
3. Another bug that happened to me last night - played against a Zaladar opponent who managed to get a What Big Teeth card from my hand with Transference. He than played it and could attack me with it despite the card being a "Wulven weapon".
Because of the recent increase in Zaladar players, I've been experimenting with different builds centered around Darkclaw and I think I may have found one that at least gives me some chance against the prevalent Zaladar decks.
I would actually love Pack Wolf if it was a turn 2.
