This is not a competitive deck but it is effective lol the goal is to get rid of the opponents hand as quickly as possible after that you can just keep stealing from deck or hand. Also your damage will be coming from opponents allies and you just keep recycling rain delay

I recommend cutting Pay Day. Even if you manage to get two cards out of their hand (which is rarely the case), its not worth losing tempo over, its not worth 3cc, its not worth the deck slot. Try Covert Operative instead.
