I hav been thinking about making a clan on shadow era so I did but I need some help getting it built
I am new to the forums but have been playing this game since 2010 (look at my game account: Bugzoid333)

I wish you luck, I'd create a separate forum using something like proboards.
Welcome to the forums. Like SamJ suggested its better to start a forum on a different thingy for your guild. You can check out the forums of already established guilds for guidance. There is BP, TJ, A1, ETC/ASF and many more. You can view their respective links and websites on the guilds section of this forums.

These folks are suggesting a proboards or external forum because the current SE forums, I.e. This one, does not have a feature that allows only members of a group to view private threads.
You'll (probably) want your clan's discussions to be kept within your clan and hence the external forum (like proboards, it's free) would be your best bet.

It's fairly dated, the sections have since been increased and threads and posts probably doubled/tripled, you can view the actual data/stats when u registered as a public member. It's open to all.

Its good that you already have setup your recruitment thread... BUT... it would attract applicants if you say what your clan is all about... your goals, your purpose, etc, etc, etc.
