ny account :( im stressed now..

Yesterday i started playing shadow era on my android phone
cuz i left my ipad mini n my ofc. So i downloaded d app.
Surprisingly, after logging in it said bad or incorrect password
So i resetted my account. Then im shock after downloaded the
Full patch, my recent items and cards are gone .im all back to zero.

Well i was sad so i just started to play a new one. I love eladwen deck,
So there, i keep on playing. So i reached level 12 just an hour ago.
I was buying cards in the merchant and all of a sudden .i was disconected.
So i relogged the game then it says i bad or incorrected password again.

I seek help from our forums until i found d support page to reset my old password.
After i reset my password. Wth, my old acount was back. But it is
nothing compare to my achievements and cards bought at the market.
its already level 12 and i am now using level 7 OLD ACCOUNT with not so good cards yet.
what should do? Pls help me.i love this game.

Where did you reset you account the first time? here on the forum?

Make sure you don't type a wrong mail address or password. If u type a different mail address, even with just one letter difference you will create another new account...That's probably the case here, I think you have 2 accounts with slightly different mail address, probably one letter. Because if u reset your account here on the forum using support tools it's gone and you cannot have it back... Also make sure you type your pass correctly, no caps or something like that...

Look out for the Android's funny trick: it adds a space after the dot in your email address!

try another device/web to log to your account, I believe you now have two accounts, just find the difference in the login - a space, a dot or any other typo. check the email you received, what does it say. for example gmail ignores dots and some other characters in addresses - test@gmail.com and t.e.s.t@gmail.com are the same account, but different logins for shadow era.

i just got a feedback from the support group at my email. I saw my ticket was closed so right now I'm
kinda trying to beg for my account back.

Btw. My problem was said a system glitch.thats what he said. I got 2 usernames
from my account . The first one and the other thay i a currently reporting
To recover is (tinapaylugaw) im ranking 200 u know. And the cards.. it took me 2 days to
Get all of em plus mg super lucky rares from foil packs.

Is it posible to remove my old account? Im sad now i cant play SE. I need it back

A systems glitch? As in you have two accounts bound to the same email? If that's true that's really odd. I'll ask Kyle later to see if we can sort this out, if possible.

Also, which account is it that you are wanting to keep?
