Yay finally managed to buy some Karls got 4 from the merchant and 1 colossus at the same time. Not cheap at 4000 gold a pop.
GRRRRRR! Been checking the merchant all day long trying to snag one or two, and of course when they show up I completely miss it.
UPDATE: Got me a couple Karls. Hooray! They're up to 4200 a pop now.
UPDATE 2: Scourges showed up a few minutes later. Now my gold is all gone. :p
They r up atm, i bought 2 shadow colosus and 1 karstrad, i dont have money for more hehe :P
I was so excited I have 5 of each by accident
Yeah I managed to get 2 of each .. I only need two 6ccs in any deck anyway
Don't be too sure on this point. Keep in mind that they are already up to 4k (last nights price on the merchant, and probably even up to 6k gold today). So 1x elementalis won't even produce enough gold to buy 1x of these from the merchant. However opening boosters has a 1 in 5 chance of a foil. With alot of people hoarding their gold for foils, the boosters should produce a TON more gold than the elementalis. IE open 5x boosters, your guarunteed 4-5 rare/epics, really good chance of 1 foil, and a chance at one of these two cards. That foil should be pretty valuable on the card market, so if you can part ways with it, you can make 10-20k and have plenty of gold to buy a complete set of non-foiled cards. The less people go for this strategy, the more expensive these foils will be. I am a perfect example of this, as I am hoarding gold just to get at least 1x of every foil... It's going to be a daily value per foil versus garunteed gold from elementalis... New players will need to fluctuate between strategies to get the most out of it, and those that don't wish to fluctuate will most likely be better off going for the foil method.
