Banned list?

Hey there, I saw there is a banned list n one of my fave cards is on it: crecsendo. I know I'm probably spelling it wrong lol

Anyway I just came back to game recently and I just played a match where I couldn't do anything except sit and watch my opponent cast spells, because my allies were frozen from Voice of Winter. If crescendo and other cards were banned because it causes players to not be able to play, I think this card causes the same.
