The Path to WC2023

We have now finalised the path to qualify for the 2023 World Championship!

This year again there will be 32 slots available for the World Championship Finals:

• 1 returning champion from 2022
• 8 from 4 major guild tournaments hosted by SET, TJ, A1 and BT held throughout the year, where the top 2 will receive a WC ticket.
• 2 from a Tournament Committee hosted tournament.
• 6 from 3 regional tournaments hosted close to the wc.
• 5 from Pro Tour: All tournaments run throughout the year excluding pop ups will generate PT points. The top 5 players at the end of the year will earn wc tickets.
• 10 from a series of owner run events which will be announced in due course.

World Championships (December 2023)
Format is TBD

There will be standard prizes available for each tournament. The prizes for the wc will be announced with the format at a later date.

Seeding – There will be seeding again this year. The details can be seen in the post below and will be updated as those spots are filled.

Reserves – If a player is unable to attend the wc, we will go down the order of the event from which they qualified.
