Config panel

Hi.

I just upgraded my client to 2.906 from 2.901, which brings great UI changes.

There are two problems:
1. The config panel appears each time the launcher launches the game, whether or not "only show..." was checked;
2. Choices aren't taken into account: resolution, graphics quality, "only show...". The resolution is always the same as the launcher's, which makes text and buttons huge, not to my liking.
