If you quit before a game ends, you lose more points from your rating than if you would if you let the game run its course.
I arrived at this conclusion because my rating went down 3 to 5 points whenever I quit early in the face of imminent defeat. But when I push through until I get the Defeat screen, I only lose 1 to 2 points.
Does this mean Shadow Era now penalizes quitters? Can anyone verify if my assumptions are correct? If yes then it's a great development
I'm currently racking up 10 consecutive wins since using the deck build below:
50 cards
Hero: Eladwen
Allies
4x Jasmine
3x Kristoffer
3x Puwen
3x Aldon
3x Priest of the Light
2x Tainted Oracle
3x Earthen Protector
4x Aeon
Abilities
4x Fireball
4x Lightning Strike
4x Supernova
2x Tome of Knowledge
3x Portal
2x Honored Dead
I'm currently racking consecutive wins using the following cookie-cutter-soon-to-be-nerfed Eladwen Deck:
1 Eladwen
3 Jasmine
4 Sandra
4 Puwen
4 Blake
2 Aldon
4 Aeon
4 Fireball
4 Lightning Strike
4 Research
2 Portal
1 Supernova
2 Retreat
I'm thinking of adding 2 Retreat to recycle Sandra, giving me a total of 8 opportunities to destroy the opponents resources :P What do you think?
