Ah, I get it - you are right, an error caused by overexcitement... the previous versions of my Boris had been beaten by so many tight Amber decks that I was just beside myself to have lasted as long as I did, even to the extent of not checking the weapon durability...

I have now changed to an ally-rich Amber (not many of those around, most Amber decks want to win through her ability and weapons, whereas I treat her as "supporting cast"), and it is working much better than Boris in my current environment (rating at 233), where she stands a much better chance against Majiya and Nishaven.

Lol, no, Raven just does normal damage to weaponed heroes. However she has 6 life and would have survived the counter attack. Jasmine only has 4 and she died (and the weapon was worn out after that). Instead of ending up with a Raven at 6 health, you could have had Raven at 2 and Jasmine at 4, which would have won you the game.

But don't worry about it, I've made some far bigger errors while playing.

Thank you! It was an extremely close match. If I remember correctly your mistake wasn't casting Blood Frenzy, but not finishing me off when you had the chance. You attacked with Jasmine onto my weapon, which ended up killing her, when you could have attacked with Raven and then with Jasmine and both would have survived. Since it was pretty clear I was running no allies, they were basically 2 plain vanilla allies with 3 attack. I don't think I could have dealt with the extra Jasmine next turn.

But all in all I thought it was an extremely entertaining match. Too bad I've already played a few more times, 'cause I'd love to make a video of it.
