prepositional phrase
Prepositional Phrase
1. off topic. Describes a post or statement that has little relevancy to the original post.
That last statement about penguins was a little ot, since we were obviously talking about the kittens.
2. (obsolete) on topic. Describes a post or statement that is relevant to the original post. (No longer used, since the prevalence of trolls on the Shadow Era forums provides little hope of rescuing a derailed discussion.)
Please! It's been fifty pages on penguins, can we get back ot and talk about cats?
