I have been playing this deck and have been pretty successful, Winning about 80% of my matches

3 - Shriek of Vengeance
2 - Rain Delay
2 - Snow Sapphire
4 - Voice of Winter

Its only a 31 card deck but like I said above, I have been pretty successful. Its slow until turn 3 and then it picks up speed and stalls your opponent. Have fun and Enjoy
