Beginners may wonder, wether Zhanna or Jericho is the better priest. Well, both are well playable but to get the best advantages out of your hero you have to built decks matching to them.

Jericho can remove attached effects from any target (with some restrictions) for only 2 shadow energy. That means that you can remove buffs from enemies or debuffs from your allies or hero. When you try out Jericho you will recognize how powerful this ability is! Especially hunters and warriors do hate this ability becaus they have very mighty self-buffs, that can be easily removed by Jericho. Furthermore you are immune to DoTs (Damage over time) but another reason is: Wizent's staff.

Wizent's staff let you draw one card for one shadow energy and can be casted after turn 4 (you need four ressources). So when you are lucky and got your staff at your 4th turn, you have already safed 2 or 3 shadow energy. In addition to that you dont need Jericho's ability that often, so you can draw nearly every turn a second card - wich is an amazing advantage!

Zhanna heals 3 damage for 3 shadow energy. So it is obvious that she is the dude for long matches. With an defensive deck including big heals, holy shield, curse, plague and very important tidal wave you can outlast your enemy and let blooding (the damage you get when you run out of cards) kill him. Zhanna cannot use Wizent's staff that regulary like Jericho. Because if she get in pressure you will need every single heal. Drawing a card is more important than a single point heal but if you use the staff every turn you disable Zhanna's ability.

Conclusion:
If you like a flowing gameplay with a lot of allies and an offensive attitude, pwning everyone who's silly enough to buff/debuff, Jericho is your choice. And if you think long lasting matches with tons of heal and annoying your enemy to pure boredom are fun, Zhanna is your favourited hero.
